Fire is the oldest way to cook. COAL.EXP brings it to its highest expression.
An intimate live fire omakase, hibachi led and ingredient driven, prepared in front of your guests using Binchotan and local Ibizan charcoal and olive wood.
Eight to twelve courses shaped by what is finest that day. A5 Wagyu. Kaluga caviar. Langoustine. Wild herbs. House ferments. No fixed menu. No compromise. Only the best of the season, touched by fire and served with intention and rhythm.
The grill becomes the center of the room. Attention sharpens. Conversation tightens.
Sound design, live ambient artists, sommelier led pairings, bespoke table styling. Each element is curated and coordinated around your space and your guests.

A Moroccan feast.
A room full of joy.
A private birthday celebration for a prominent international producer, hosted at a private residence in Ibiza. Conceived as a bespoke Moroccan feast, the engagement was developed in close collaboration with the villa’s butler and house manager to ensure seamless integration into the estate's established operations.
The full decorative direction of the residence was reimagined for the occasion. Multiple proposals were presented and refined in coordination with the lifestyle manager and the principal for final approval. Every element was considered, from the spice architecture and menu composition to the service rhythm, spatial flow, and overall guest experience.
The concept and execution were delivered within a 36 hour timeline, requiring accelerated sourcing, disciplined communication, and structured coordination across all teams involved.
The guest list included internationally recognised figures from fashion, film, music, and culture. The environment required absolute precision, heightened discretion, and alignment with household protocols throughout.
Execution was delivered calmly, with full respect for estate hierarchy and guest sensitivities.
